Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Node Laboratories ("we", "us", or "our") operates the QuickBooks Online MCP integration ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Service.

2. Data We Access

When you authorize the Service via QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0, we receive an access token and refresh token that permit the Service to read and write QuickBooks data on your behalf. Specifically, we may access:

• Financial records (invoices, bills, payments, accounts)
• Customer and vendor information
• Company information and reports

3. How Data Is Stored

OAuth tokens are stored locally on your machine in the .env file of the MCP server. No QuickBooks data or credentials are transmitted to or stored on Node Laboratories servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your QuickBooks data to third parties. Data accessed through the Service is used solely to fulfill the requests you make through your AI assistant.

5. Security

OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored locally and never logged or transmitted externally. You can revoke access at any time via the Intuit Account Manager or by deleting your local .env file.

6. Revoking Access

To disconnect the Service from your QuickBooks account, visit the Disconnect page or revoke access directly in your Intuit account settings.
